Report Cards/Early Dismissal Days & Parent Teacher Interviews!

Report cards will be going home with students March 16th. 
There will be early dismissal days with classes ending at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 16th and Thursday, March 17th.  If parents would like to have parent teacher interviews on the early dismissal days please contact the school at 250-263-9855.

Canada Day Challenge

This is a contest for students aged 8-18 who are asked to articulate what makes them proud to be Canadian.  Their submissions can be in drawing, photos or writing.  Grand prize trips to Ottawa as well as help to create a short film are the main prize.

Public Meeting – New Curriculum

There is a public meeting to review the new curriculum and take questions Wednesday, January 27th at 7pm at the School Board Office.

Christmas Hampers

Another successful year for our Christmas family hampers!  The students and staff worked incredibly hard at making Christmas a joyous occasion for six families and one senior.  Together $4,800.00 was raised in cash and gift cards,

Christmas Hampers

It’s starting to feel a lot like Christmas at the ELC!  It has become an annual tradition for us at the ELC to sponsor single parent families in need at Christmas time.  We are pleased to announce that we are sponsoring 6 families and one food hamper for a senior this year!
