We would like to formally invite you to come help us celebrate our last school wide project of the year at the Energetic Learning Campus. The driving question for this project was: How will I make a difference in our community?
In this project, students at the ELC were encouraged to get involved to gain a better outlook within their local community and make a difference. Students had the ability to recognize and tackle local issues and take action with practical implementations. We hoped to encourage students to take pride and identify the strengths within their community, to build communication and connections between generations, to create positive change, and become globally educated citizens.
We will be hosting friends, family and community members on the morning of June 7, 2016 from 10:00 am -12:00. The exhibition will be set up like a trade show where visitors can walk through the school and interact with the many different projects. We hope that you will have the time to come down and celebrate with our students of how they plan to make our community a better place.
