The first day of school for all ELC students is Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
This is a short day. School starts at 8:45 am. and ends at 10:45 am.
Wednesday, September 4, is a regular school day.
August 26 - 1:00pm to 3:30pm
The office will re-open at 1 pm on Monday, August 26th.
Regular hours, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm, will resume on Tuesday, August 27th.
February 27 - 5:00pm to 6:30pm
We are looking forward to meeting Gr. 9 parents/students on Tuesday, February 27 from 5:00-6:30 to tour the ELC. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the ELC. Tours run every 15 minutes. Parents are encouraged to phone the school at 250-263-9855 to book a tour.
January 31 - February 1, 8:30am to 3:30pm
Student-Led Conferences will be taking place from 8:30 am – 3:30 pm on Wednesday, Jan. 31 and Thursday, Feb. 1. There will be no regular classes; however, students who are not yet passing their classes and/or who are behind on current work are welcome to attend on these days.
March 2 - 5:00pm to 6:30pm

Students interested in going to Whispering Pines Ski Hill with the school on Monday, Feb. 13 must have their consent form and money in by Wednesday, January 25. We need a minimum of 40 students in order to go.

The first day of school is a short one! 8:40-10:40 am.
School buses will be running early today.
Students are encouraged to arrive between 8:30-8:40 am.
October 5 - 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Please join us for our Open House on Tuesday, October 5.
5:30-6:30 pm — If your child is in Comm A, B or C
6:30-7:30 pm — If your child is in Comm D, E, F
This will be an opportunity to tour the school and meet your child’s teachers.
