“Why did you decide to become a teacher?” – is a question that you will probably be expected to answer when interviewing for a teaching position.

Students often find it difficult to transfer what we teach, to the real world experience.  We at the Energetic Learning Campus have tried to bridge that gap with a PBL project that turns research into reality.

Please be advised for the week of January 27 – 30th, school at the ELC is in session, however, there are no scheduled classes. Students will be using this week for their Mid-Year Celebration of Learning Presentations.  

Christmas Hampers 
The 7 COM groups at the ELC sponsored 3 single parent families this Christmas through the Women’s Resource Center.  Hampers usually include a Christmas dinner, clothes for the children, winter coats, shoes, other gifts based on the children’s interests,

Buses Leaving 2 Hours Early – Dec 17, 2013

Due to adverse weather and worsening road conditions, all school district buses will leave 2 hours earlier from their schools today, December 17th, 2013.

Last week the ELC received 2 customized storage bins, made and donated to us by D & D Insulators Ltd.   These bins are greatly appreciated and much needed for storage space for our school.

Please be advised that report cards for the September to November 15th reporting period will be sent home with your student on Thursday, November 28th.
If you wish to schedule a parent/teacher interview, please email your students community teacher to schedule for Wednesday Nov.
